hozzt Posted April 21, 2010 Share Posted April 21, 2010 hi, one of our costumers wanted to transfer a domain to us. they ordered and paid it via paypal. its payment status is "paid" now we push to transfer button, we entered all the necessary things including epp code. but we see the following error. An Error OccuredDomain Registration Error - The domain xxxxxxxx.com already exists in our database. This may occur if there is a pending Order for xxxxxxxx.com in our database under your account or any other account. You may search for this domain within your control panel. scurrell Posted April 21, 2010 Share Posted April 21, 2010 Are you sure the transfer wasn't already submitted automatically once payment was made? hozzt Posted April 21, 2010 Author Share Posted April 21, 2010 hi, now i tried again but no solution. yesterday i changed the server that whmcs is installed in. then i restored the database successfully. now, i tried another transfer or register order myself to test, but until yesterday all the accounts when we add fund to them, they automatically be registered via resellerclub. but now i don't receive any notification mails that says the domains are registered. when we enter to resellerclub panel, we see the domain but it is seen as inactive. what will be the problem? thank you. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
