I open a ticket with them and they reply me to purchase One Month Lease license since they do not offer support on Trial licenses. Now I purchased and they are trying to resolve this error. I will share the solution here once they told me what they do Regards

marshalm
I had the similar error today on one of our packages, I noticed that following an upgrade of PLESK the IP Address in the template was removed. I just amended the template by adding in the shared IP Address and all was good again. Don't know if this is your problem or not, but thought I would share
