Dear Everyone,

I'm running Plesk 9.2.1 on windows. and trying to do the automatic account creation from WHMCS, all the required fields are right. It will create the client but not the domain in Plesk and I get:

Error: 1014 - Parser error: Request is invalid

Please advise.

Regards,

No neither of mentioned characters. I open a ticket with them and they reply me to purchase One Month Lease license since they do not offer support on Trial licenses. Now I purchased and they are trying to resolve this error. I will share the solution here once they told me what they do ;)

Did you fixed the problem? I also get that error 1014 - Parser error: Request is invalid.

Any help would be welcome

I had the similar error today on one of our packages, I noticed that following an upgrade of PLESK the IP Address in the template was removed. I just amended the template by adding in the shared IP Address and all was good again.

Don't know if this is your problem or not, but thought I would share
