NetEarthOne - The Domain You Entered is Not Valid Error

Hi guys,

I tried submitting a few tickets to WHMCS but I didn't get a response so I think I'll try my luck here.

If you go to https://www.rightservers.com/members/domainchecker.php and try to search for any domain name, you get the error "The Domain You Entered is Not Valid". I contacted NetEarthOne about this and they told me that WHMCS uses whois for the domain search so it can't be a NetEarthOne error.

The weird thing about this is that this used to work perfectly fine until one day a client of mine trying to order a domain name told me that the prices aren't even there. I'm guessing once I upgraded, it wiped out my domain pricing table and messed something up and I can't seem to fix it. I manually added the domain pricing but you can't even search for a domain name anymore. Everything is setup correct and according to the documentation.

Any help here would really be appreciated.

Thanks ahead of time!

Please only submit 1 ticket at a time, and ensure you receive the acknowledgement email with the ticket ID number. Submitting duplicates or multiple tickets in quick succession are likely to be deleted/merged.

Please enter your TLDs in lower case eg. .com is correct .COM is incorrect.
