kmar
Is there a kayako integration (loginshare) out there that actually works?
bear
This method worked flawlessly for me: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?p=109900#post109900 The only catch is ticket counts and showing open tickets to the client on their WHMCS homepage, but there are some workarounds posted here.

mikie
This method worked flawlessly for me:http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?p=109900#post109900 Actually, it doesnt work flawlessly. Try changing your email address in WHMCS then submitting a ticket. Where do your kayako ticket nofitications and replies go? To the old email address you had setup in WHMCS. I posted about this a little while ago. The only catch is ticket counts and showing open tickets to the client on their WHMCS homepage, but there are some workarounds posted here. Open tickets do not display on the clients homepage actually. I see no open ticket notifications for Kayako there.
