staipz
I am new to WHMCS. I have done all the necessary setting inside the WHMCS. Currently I am using the trial version 4.2.1 . I do not know why, for no reason, when I click on the "Account" link, I was logged out. Then I logged in again, and tried again more than a few times, and I was logged out. I even click other links like "Support" and was logged out too. I appreciate any help and advice.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 2, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 2, 2010 Are you able to stay logged in if you click the "Remember Me" checkbox?
staipz
Are you able to stay logged in if you click the "Remember Me" checkbox? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Have tried to click the "Remember Me" checkbox before I logged in and so far ok...until I changed the username and password of administrator and I was automatically logged out. Is this how WHMCS function? I have a few other questions: 1) Under "Server" link, for unlimited hosting accounts, what should I put in the "Max. No. of Accounts" ? 2) When I did the user test to register for a hosting account, there was this "additional information" section for user to enter, I added info in it, and at the end of the process, the necessary info like invoice, hosting account info, was emailed to user (that is to myself)...but I did not receive the "additional info" added during the process of registration from the administrator side. Am I missing out on something or do I have to do some other setting and configuration? I appreciate your advice and help. Thanks and regards

staipz
1) I would like to clarify for Q1 that if for unlimited hosting accounts, is it correct to put in the field "Max. No. of Accounts" with the value "unlimited" ? 2) Here's the screenshot at http://www.xyberdemo.com/images/p1.jpg that indicate user has the option of adding info in the "additional info" section in the process of completing the order and making online payment. This additional info suppose to be emailed to the administrator of hosting provider (i.e. myself), but I did not receive it, do I need to do some other setting? Appreciate your advice and help. Thanks and regards.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 5, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 5, 2010 1. I'd recommend entering a high number instead of unlimited; 9999 for example. 2. This is displayed under Orders > List All > Click Order ID.
