jnet
OK, I have a few items that has nothing to do with webhosting, domain or any thing like that selling a few items like books that i need to ship to customer. How to achieve this? The language file every where has hosting and domain terms and the temples also. Is it possible so that I can customize the whmcs , an additional temple ( now sure) some thing that can I somehow get this items for new set of customers?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 1, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 1, 2010 You can disable the "Require Domains" option in Setup > Product/Services > Edit.

visualtron
If you are talking about profile, you need to edit the following templates, i just did that today: clientareacontacts.tpl clientareaaddcontact.tpl
jnet
Thanks that will change things for every body some are still using hosting packages. Or perhaps I could come up with another template. One question though Do people use whmcs for a normal retail shopping mall? Is that a good Idea?
sgrayban
Retail products are usually done as addon options like downloads. As for true retail use.... I wouldn't see why you would want to use whmcs for that. I am sure you can use osCommerce for that sort of thing.
Sigmund
You can run MySQL as an attendant in your limited device or in a secluded attendant. Then you can also extend your shopping cart services easily ..
