eacollin Posted March 30, 2010 Share Posted March 30, 2010 I'm not sure where to post this but here goes: Having issues logging into the client area https://www.whmcs.com/members/clientarea.php I tried several times to have my password reset and sent to me I get the first email; when I get this email I click the link to request the resetting of the password, but never get the 2nd email with the new password?? This just started last week? I tried to send a ticket from my Billing system but don't see an email saying a ticket has been generated?? Points to note again - I can't create a ticket like I used to because I can't login [no password] - I do get the 1st email and its not in the spam folder - I don't get the 2nd email with the new password?
