usa2k
Did you setup the first server? Have a look at the first one in WHMCS=>Admin=>Setup=>Servers The piece I got help from HostGator on, was I was missing the "Access Hash". I know now that is found in WHM=>Cluster Remote Access. (That really made cPanel creation fail with an unknown problem.) If the server info is right on WHMCS, it should show. (Someone here will surely point you at the online documentation too, as you do not seem to have followed it yet, or you will have a more refined question.)
