patsyd
Is there detailed documentation in setting up WHMCS? Walking someone through each screen advising what each flag means and the consequences are for checking or not? I keep wondering, as I go about setting up my account, if I am flagging each item for the best benefit in my business plan. Example; I want 2 hosting accounts with several add on item selections. Also, would like these same add on items independent in the event the client that joined later wants the options. Plus, if this client selected the add-on items later -- how is it pro-rated to his account? So many questions............. Patsy
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 26, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 26, 2010 http://wiki.whmcs.com has a page explaining pretty much everything. patsyd
John, Thanks.... I was in hopes of one manual of sorts I could print out and follow. Will just print out all the online screens. Patsy
usa2k
John,Thanks.... I was in hopes of one manual of sorts I could print out and follow. Will just print out all the online screens. Patsy Any published books would certainly be great. Most things I pursue ... Drupal, PHP, CSS have books in hard copy that are great. Online is just not as natural to me! EDIT: The only thing I've seen that comes close is the book HostGator provides on PDF to guide you in securing your first 1000 customers. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 29, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 29, 2010 I seem to remember there being one book about WHMCS. However it's already out of date, as we add new features so frequently
