How to set client hosting account not to renew ?

How do I set in the client profile not to renew in the next term ?

you can submit a cancellation request for the end of billing period.

Where do I find this cancellation request ? Admin panel or Client panel ?

In 4.2.1 there's also an "Auto-Terminate End of Cycle" option on the client's product/services tab in the admin side.

Now I'm using 4.0.2 ver therefore I did a cancellation request (End of Billing Period) for my client.

Should I do something else to accept this request ?

I can see it here:

https://www.mydomain.com/clients/admin/cancelrequests.php

But there is no option to accept or other then delete.

in whmcs admin under automation:

 

Cancellation Requests Tick this box to automatically terminate accounts with cancellation requests when due.

 

or manually cancel them on the renewal date if you dont want to terminate.
