WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 26, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 26, 2010 In 4.2.1 there's also an "Auto-Terminate End of Cycle" option on the client's product/services tab in the admin side.
lighthost
Thank you all. Now I'm using 4.0.2 ver therefore I did a cancellation request (End of Billing Period) for my client. Should I do something else to accept this request ? I can see it here: https://www.mydomain.com/clients/admin/cancelrequests.php But there is no option to accept or other then delete. Thanks, Victor
simplybe
in whmcs admin under automation: Cancellation Requests Tick this box to automatically terminate accounts with cancellation requests when due. or manually cancel them on the renewal date if you dont want to terminate.
