gunbladespecialist
Hi guys, I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong, I have configured my packages to send a welcome email once account has been approved, but it only sends a confirmation email. I also checked the email logs and there was no record of whmcs sending a welcome email. Did I miss anything?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 25, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 25, 2010 Has the account been created successfully on the server? Can you send the email manually using the "Send Messages" dropdown on the client's product/services tab?

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 26, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 26, 2010 Well that rules out invalid syntax in your welcome email. Please open a ticket with your admin login details so we can take a look.

Jpoke5
at one time I had this same trouble with invalid syntax in the template. And I could still send out the mail manually... I would check this!! jeff
