fosterm
Hi Just setting up a brand new installation of WHMCS for the first time. In the domains section of general setttings, there is the option to allow bulk domain search with a list box that is supposed to show the extensions available. This is empty for me - I've set up extensions in the domain pricing section which seem to work ok but I can't get them to appear in this list or the bulk feature to work at the front of the site when a client does a search I expect it's something really obvious but any help greatly appreciated!

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 24, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 24, 2010 When you lookup one domain it will automatically show the results for several other TLDs. Please ensure you have configured your domain pricing correctly: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Domains_Management#Configuring_Domain_Pricing http://www.whmcs.com/tutorials.php?i=6
