Need your help, on my client's requirement

Respected Sir,

I am new to your application. Thus, not aware of its importance & functionality, completely. One of my client is looking for some upgrading (changes)in your product (purchased by him), using your API or Control Panel. Basically, i need your comments & approval in that process. Following is some of my client's requirement on your product:

 

1) Need to customize its Signup Process

2) Changes on Color scheme & template area in WHMCS

3) Need to able to add dynamically items in WHMCS

 

Please review my client requirement & pass me, your comments on it, so that i can accept my client's needs & start working on it. Even, let me know, whether code changes (whenever required) is from ASP .NET, C# or PHP (as i am a .NET developer).

 

Even, if possible, pass me, your chat id (Yahoo/MSN/GTalk/Skype) & chat availability timing so that i can discuss all my future query with you in detail, & get them solved, easily.
