2checkout receipt does not show product name

Hi,

 

I tried order with whmcs+2checkout using VISA test number. The receipt from 2co.com is like the following;

 

Contents of your purchase :

Cart ID : 3

Vendor Product ID : 3

Product Description : Vendor site cart purchase: Invoice 3

Product Name : Cart Purchase: 3

Quantity : 1

 

Is this caused because of some configuration in whmcs or is it a issue with 2checkout? What would be the best way to show the actual product name instead of the numbers?

As a single invoice in WHMCS can in theory contain hundreds of products, trying to cram them into a single line at 2CO would be foolish. So the invoice number is used instead.

I am not totally understood your answer. I didn't try to cram anything to a single line. The order contained only one domain name registration and one hosting package (seems a basic and common usage of WHMCS).

 

What is the suggested way to display the items properly?
