Hi can someone tell me how i can add ID protect and other add-ons so customers can add them if they need to from the client area please

They can only be added by a client at the time of ordering the domain. If they wish to add it later, they will need to contact you. You can then raise a one-time invoice, and tick the checkbox on the domain's tab (this will charge them for renewal automaticlaly).

 

Prices are set at the bottom of Setup > Domain Pricing.
