What changes the status on a product addon?

If I leave the product addons at 'pending', then accept the product (Or the product is already active), generate invoices, - everything's done that I can think of, and yet the status is still at pending. What is that related to in the database?

THATs what would help - a database relationship diagram. So I know what the differences are between product addons, billable items (other than the billing cycle).

Also, when I entered an order for a customer, set it at a one time price, then saved as pending, NO INVOICE, is there a way to generate that invoice later? After I've modified the ORDER? I was modifying the invoices, but I've heard on here, that is a no-no. Can I modify an order then? For special one-off pricing? Or to add all the billable items at once onto a product, then issue an invoice. How would I do that?

Thank you so much for your time!!

You can change an addon's status by clicking the "Click here to Manage" link on the client's product/services tab.

Orders cannot be modified. There's nothing wrong from modifying an invoice before you send it to a client, but it might not be kosher in your country to modify an invoice afterwards. But you can modify the product, then generate an invoice manually by clicking the Generate Invoices button on the admin summary page.
