JimJ
I downloaded the latest version again and still no modules/support folder. However, i created a blank modules/support folder and its now working. So maybe a bug with new installs that they need to fix. Whether this will create more problems for me as i finish configuring things i do not know yet. Should there be files under the modules/support folder ?

bear
It's looking for the Kayako "support" module, which is found in the Kayako download, not WHMCS. See more info here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showpost.php?p=109900&postcount=2 on how to upload that info and connect Kayako.
