Ciwan
Hi Guys I have closed my hosting website. What things do I need to do ? I know one of them is telling PayPal to stop sending payments .. how do I do that ? Also are there other things that I need to do ? Thank You All.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 16, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 16, 2010 I'd recommend contacting PayPal support. They may be able to close your account, saving you from having to mass-cancel all your subscriptions.
Ciwan
What do you mean Mass Cancel ? Isn't it only one cancellation ?
BullsoftHosting - Tom
It depends how many subscriptions you have but its easier to just close it. From the PayPal site: 1. Log in to your account at http://www.paypal.co.uk 2. Click 'Profile' at the top of the page 3. Click the 'Close Account' link located under 'Account Information' and follow the instructions
Ciwan
I used my own personal account on paypal ! I DO NOT want to close my account. All I have is ONE Subscription, and that is the one payment that I told PayPal to make to WHMCS every month ! How do I stop that 1 payment from going out ? Thanks
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 22, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 22, 2010 You should open a support ticket to cancel your WHMCS license.
