dthomas32308 Posted March 9, 2010 Share Posted March 9, 2010 I have a department setup with an email address it checks thru the POP cron method. The cron is running every 5 minutes and I am guess the cron success emails and the email will say it imports the email but when I go into WHMCS Support there is no new ticket.
