wildman
Was searching through WHMCS and noticed NameCheap. Can WHMCS act as an individual and register domains? For example: Client orders a product and it includes a free domain name with an annual subscription Client checksout and chooses domain once domain is chosen, whmcs goes to namecheap to grab the domain client deposits funds into their account partial funds are then paid to namecheap for that domain name Does it work like this or does namecheap require a ballance? If so, are there any domain providers that work like the above or similar with out the need to maintain an active ballance, the concern is getting too many orders at once and not having enough funds to cover it. Thanks for your time.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 8, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 8, 2010 All the domain registrars that allow reseller I've come across, including namecheap take payment via an account balance. Simply because it provides more protection against chargebacks.
