google apps support email

Hi,

 

I set up all of the parameters in the support department for email including the cron job for pop

 

If a user sends an email to support@mydomains.com - shouldn't it automatically create a ticket in the support area?

 

A ticket is not being created, and I'm not sure if it's because my settings are wrong or if it's something to do with my google apps email?

 

Settings:

 

pop.gmail.com

port 995

support@mydomain.com

password
