Jova
I am getting this error : "Module Command Error: Unable to validate setting for language: english." while I am trying to setup new cPanel account. My WHMCS installed version is 3.7.1. I cannot submit support ticket as I am using licence key from allreseller.com. I added $display_errors=true; to configuration.php, but it does not show anything.
disgruntled
have you recently changed the settings in cpanel? activated one of the whm themes? It is something do do with the settings on whmcs, i think since installing a whm theme / WHM/Cpanel update it may have screwed up the module so whm wont pick it up This doesnt help but maybe rolling back your update will Edited March 3, 2010 by disgruntled
WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted March 3, 2010 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted March 3, 2010 You will need to upgrade your WHMCS install, or downgrade cPanel. cPanel updated their API, so the module in WHMCS 3.x will no longer work with more recent versions of cPanel. You can submit support tickets via https://www.whmcs.com/members/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=13
