Auto account creation

I've searched the forum and really couldn't find a straight answer to this. I have everything setup and started testing. Everything seems to be working accept orders are in pending status even though they are paid and I have to change the status to active in order for the account to be created in cPanel.

I thought by choosing "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received" accounts would be automatically setup when the payment is received? Or is this how this is supposed to work? I don't want to have to manually accept every order.

Correct, if that's the option you selected.

However, the actual orders still have a pending status even when the account is created, so you can review them manually.

I have that chosen, but accounts are not being created automatically. They are only being created when I manually choose to accept. :?

They are sucessfully created in cPanel after I accept them, so I don't think the problem is with cPanel.

I must be missing something somewhere, but I can't figure out where.
