deerrun
Greetings, I have an Enom reseller account with $97 credit points (and Enom test account setup w/ $5000 credit).. I have priced domains and configured the Enom userid and password within WHMCS.. The "test mode" checkbox is checked.. I have also created a ticket with Enom to allow my server's IP address.. When I create a domain registry order within WHMCS, I had to wait a couple of days for my PAYPAL payment to process, then received customer directed emails (from WHMCS) that the domain is successfully registered... There are no errors in the Admin Log of WHMCS.. Yet, I don't see any references (whatsoever) within the Enom accounts (primary, nor testing) that reflect a purchased domain or depletion of $$ credits on my Enom account.. Do I need more than $97 minimum balance?.. Is there possibly a normal time delay for Enom to react? (WHMCS only sent out the domain registry success emails, this morning).. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 21, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 21, 2010 Check Utilities > Activity Log for signs that the domain was sent to eNom, and any error messages returned.
deerrun
Thanks for the reply, John... Unfortunately, no reference to sending to eNom in the activity log... When the PAYPAL payment for the payment was accepted (by PAYPAL), the WHMCS order was updated as "paid", yet not activity log-record of any Enom interaction (except records related to the daily cron job to sync domains)..
JofleyUK
If you go to the Clients Account you are testing from in WHMCS, go to the Domains Tab, make sure the domain registrar is deffo set to ENOM for that domain. Then click the Register button from that page and see what it comes up with. The yellow information box should let you know whats happening. also if you are using an SSL cert, make sure they have both IP's, the Servers IP and the Domain IP. i have found this to be an issue sometimes. Post your reply with what comes up when you manually try to register the domain from the admin area. It may be helpfull. regards Jeff

PROBLEM SOLVED: I had put the wrong Enom test server IP address within the "allowed IP's" setup on my test account...
