rogerr
hi! first of all: .) i know most of my clients and have no fraud or billing problem. .) i use the automatic renew function at my registrar. .) all my products are billed annually do i need the expiry date? i don´t think so, because this function makes no sense, because my clients will get a email that the domain will expire in XXX days.. ex.1 hosting account includes a free domain and all additional domains will be invoiced at the next due date ex.2 a client have a lot of domains transferd nearly at the same day. so the best way will be to set all domains to the same next due date to create only one invoice. and the expire date should set to 00/00/0000 thanks for your feedback b.r. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 19, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 19, 2010 You should still keep the expiry date, but you can disable the domain reminder email template if you wish. If the next due date is the same date for all domains (and using the same payment gateway) they will automatically be merged into one invoice.
