client cancelled or terminated question

Hi All,

 

I have been testing and have a question. As a client I sent a cancellation request. Then as an admin I cancelled the account. I then submitted another cancellation request, and allowed the cron job to process the cancellation.

 

When I view ther client one account shows cancelled, the other shows "terminated". What is the difference between these? I assume terminated would be the "final" step.

 

Is there an area I can go to see the status of accounts to be able to switch any cancelled to terminated?

Terminated means you clicked the "Terminate" module command button, or it was auto-terminated by your automation settings due to non-payment.

 

Cancelled means the client submitted a cancellation request.
