Adding Transaction Fees to invoice paid by credit

How do you add Transaction Fees to a invoice that is paid via credit that was on the system?

 

There is no transaction you can add the Transaction Fees to

The transaction fees would be recorded against the Add Funds invoice, or whichever transaction resulted in the client's account being credited. You don't incur any cost when an invoice is paid by credit.
