Chris Gwynne
Purchased the app a few days ago all set up Two main problems. I have clients listed within WHMCS, however they're not listed in the Clients section of the iWHMCS app, tried everything I can think of, but they just won't show? Secondly, I've noticed if I pick up a ticket on iWHMCS the time zone is 5 hours behind exactly. I'm in the UK, my server is in America. What setting do I need to change so the timing is correct for me? Server time, or time within WHMCS. Currently, if I receive a ticket which says "5hours ago" it's pretty worrying thinking that I haven't replied for 5 hours then remembering it's because of server time.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 10, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 10, 2010 1. There is no full client list shown in iWHMCS, you must enter a search term. 2. This should be the same in the web-admin and iWHMCS. It's based off your server time, so the easiest way is to change that. Alternatively if you are running php5, please add the following line to configuration.php: date_default_timezone_set('Europe/Amsterdam'); Replace Europe/Amsterdam with one of the timezones listed at http://us3.php.net/manual/en/timezones.php
Chris Gwynne
1. Ah thank you, I never tried that. I assumed it'd bring up a full client list. Any future plans to implement that or is it too process intensive depending on number of clients? 2. I'd prefer it if I kept the server time to the country the server resides in. Thank you for the fix.
