HarryP
Hi guys, Despite having years of experience with WHMCS, allowing some third party persons and running some advanced checks, I'm a little stumped on this one. I'll try to explain it as clearly as possible. Our main website is hosted off of our servers. After migration, for around 2 weeks, everything was running smoothly without any problems. Around 4 days ago, our automation completely screwed up. Hosting accounts are not being created after invoice payment (yes the option is set correctly in 'Products & Services') and similarly, invoice payment confirmation e-mail and new account information e-mail is not being dispatched. However, the customer invoice and order confirmation e-mail IS sent. We now have to manually approve orders before they are created. I do believe that the cron is setup correctly. This is not a problem with our server, as I completely migrated the whole account to another dedicated server, which did not resolve the problem. I have also ran a fresh upload of WHMCS and imported the database, however it is still not working as desired. Therefore, I believe that this is an error within the database - something I'm not very clued up with. Thanks for reading and your time!
