ibumu.com
I have my joomla site integrated with jwhmcs integrator and work fine. The bad is the price of the extension ($120!). There isn´t any other tool for this issue.

opt2bout
I add my vote to the j!Whmcs integrator. It is up to version 2 now. With this tool, you can focus on your web site's design within the Joomla framework and easily integrate that with whcms. That way if you change your Joomla template in the future, the j!whmcs adapts to those changes. Support has been excellent as well.
JofleyUK
I love the J!WHMCS integrator. Oh if its cost you are worrying about, he does an option to pay onthly at $7, until you get some funds together. Version 2 is a dream to work with and i love it! Well worth the monney I think. And hey, for $7 a month you an see how it goes for you until you are rready to commit.
tldagent
Thanks guys for the feedback on the J!WHMCS integrator. We're close to rolling out the next version which will include sub-accounts and username creation and login. In addition, there's a selector that will allow for just aesthetic integration or you can bridge your users too. I think more people are looking for the aesthetic integration without frames over the user bridging... Unless of course you have forums etc. Which brings up another feature we're working on and actually have it working properly in beta stage, vBulletin integration. Basically, it will integrate your users in Joomla and vBulletin and vBulletin will control the downloads and bug reporting and the users license will automatically update their usergroup in vbulletin to give them access to downloads and private support forums. When their license expires or they cancel or terminate, their usergroup will go back to the default Registered User and they will no longer have access to the downloads or the private support areas. There are other integration methods out there but for the most part they are html integration and you cannot control modules on client portal pages or change your menus. Anyway, thanks for the love fellas. Hope to release the new version soon!

If you have a non-Joomla version for this, I'd be all ears. Several years ago I shed Joomla and have been glad doing so. While it has its place in my development cycle, I prefer not to use it with most of my sites given how heavy it is and the challenge in maintaining a number of things (we use Wordpress whenever feasible.) The vBuleltin or forum component would be welcome alone, without needing Joomla, if this is something you're considering.
