ahdonline Posted February 1, 2010 Share Posted February 1, 2010 I assume you are using the Vault gateway. If a user has not been migrated over or does NOT have a credit card on file and they click the Change Credit card details button they will get this error. Only after a user pays an open invoice with a credit card will this be put into the vault, so the next time they click on credit card details it wil actually have the information. Working with CDG and WHMCS they are trying to get a smoother operation where it will then say maybe Add A credit card instead of that error which has caused us a lot of helpdesk tickets. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
