dmwalk
Same problem. Support ticket replies are not sent to contacts with Support checked. Major bug.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 23, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 23, 2010 Moved to Technical Issues. If the email is sent it will automatically be BCCed to the contact. Support contacts do not receive copies of all support tickets. Support contacts can open tickets themselves via email and will only receive emails when an admin replies to a ticket they opened.

There's the gotcha "will only receive emails when an admin replies to a ticket they opened." I assumed they would receive all replies, even if the client had opened the ticket. Please add this information to the documentation. I will need to manually CC them into support replies which is tedious. Doesn't the next version have some enhancements in contact management that will help?
