wyredwing
So when customers order a hosting package from me, they receive all the order invoices, but not the account information to log into the Cpanel and stuff. Instead, they're account details are emailed to me, and I have to send it to them. Is there a way to make the system email the customer his own account details so I don't have to? It just gives them faster access to the cpanel. Thanks for any help Redwing host bacon
BAJI26
It should be emailed to you both... You (admin) Him/Her (Client)!
rdavis
Check your email message log under utilities tab. If it was sent, it should be in there.

rdavis
It says it sent it but they never get it. hmm Is your email address or IP blacklisted? We were because of Verizon's NEW spam policy's back last year. Does the client have a anti-spam program running? Did you ask? Is the clients email address correct at all? Does the client have there IP running a Anti-Spam program. Verizon does, we had to turn it off! Fact: if WHMCS says the email went out, then it did go out through your EMAIL SETTINGS. Have you tested it to yourself?
