Issue with valid IP address - NEED HELP

Hi,,

 

Ive just installed the trial version to ensure this would work on our hosting setup. The pre sales question i have is our hosting environment is clustered and we dont get given a static IP. The MySql databases are clustered also so we dont use the localhost database which is commonly used.

 

We've run the installation and it works ok, but the valid ip registered is the database IP and not the website Ip that hosts the files etc. So when we are attemping to login the IP address is not valid and are booted.

 

How can we resolve this?

The ip address that has been registred is the IP address of the database server and not the web server for files etc.

 

Any help is much appreciated. We look to instagate this and order asap.

Unfortunately we can't with the trial licence, but if you purchase a licence and contact us we have a solution for allowing clustered/cloud hosting.

Care to share - bought a licence through a reseller so nothing has appeared in the WHMCS account system.
