hand
Bit confused here. Got my WHMCS setup on my site. Did the part where do the "setup" "domain registrar' not really sure where I got the username and password from. I actually thought I did it thru enom...But then I called enom to do the whitelist IP address thing and I forgot my login information. Enom told me I have to go thru WHMCS and they have to handle it becuase it's setup thru them. So no completely lost on what i'm doing. Plus, i've seen threads about putting money in an enom account etc and I have no idea where to do any of that either. Thks
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 14, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 14, 2010 When you signed up for the eNom account you chose a username and password. If forgotten you can recover it from: https://www.enom.com/help/sendpassword.asp If you've forgotten your username then please open a support ticket to us and we can do our best to look it up. You do need to contact us for support issues relating to your eNom account (apart from adding your server IP to their whitelist). In order to register domains at eNom you need to pre-pay for them. This can be done on the eNom website via My Account > Refill Account.
