niels Posted January 10, 2010 Share Posted January 10, 2010 How does WHMCS decide how to show the product details in a support ticket? Some times it shows a simple line-item (Product/Service Amount Billing Cycle Signup Date Next Due Date Status), Other times it shows more info, like username, password, etc. I haven't been able to figure out how to always get the version with the username, etc. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
