Product display in support ticket

How does WHMCS decide how to show the product details in a support ticket?

 

Some times it shows a simple line-item (Product/Service Amount Billing Cycle Signup Date Next Due Date Status),

 

Other times it shows more info, like username, password, etc.

 

I haven't been able to figure out how to always get the version with the username, etc.
