eekdood
I am having an issue where if I manually approve a domain order because I know the customer has mailed a check, the order length is applied again when the payment is finally applied. Thus, I am doubling their registration for free. This is clearly not what I want and I have a lot of customers that call to order domains and give me a check number over the phone to get the domain activated immediately. If this is not a bug, I apologize. But, I'd appreciate some input as how to go about this process without losing money. Thanks!
hudai
Hello, I have also faced this problem earlier. To resolve this problem you have to be very careful while adding a transaction. You can follow these steps to overcome this issue. 1. Find the domain. 2. Select “None” as Registrar and save changes. 3. Go to billing>add transaction> and add the payment for your invoices. 4. Find the domain again and select your preferred Registrar and save changes again. Hope it will help.
