Bitter
I get this error in an email when someone purchases hosting and makes a new account: "The order placed for feelalivestudios.com has received its first payment but an error occured and the account could not be automatically setup on the server" I was told previously to just copy and paste a new Access Hash and I did, but it didn't change it. I still get an error. I believe my WHMCS and WHM aren't connecting properly, obviously, but I can't figure out how to fix it. Any ideas?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 8, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 8, 2010 There should be a specific error message in that email. If not, also check Utilities > Activity Log for any errors.
Bitter
Looks like this is the error linked to it: "Error: (Curl Error) Couldn't resolve host '' - code: 6 "
seonetworker
I am getting the same error as well... And all WHMCS ticket support staff has been able to tell me is that I didn't setup the server properly, which i did... and that I don't have a default server selected... which I do! I am in the US and to get those two responses have taken 48 hours. My client's getting anxious as am I. Help please! Raymond

ckh
Make sure the server's IP is whitelisted in the firewall for the other server.

ssustar52
I had this same problem, then realized I hadn't made a server group. Make sure you make a server Group, add your server to it, and set that group as the Server Group in the product properties under Module Settings.
