arberb Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 (edited) I want something to auto respond to a ticket 1 minute after a client opens one. How would I do this? Also I want something to auto respond to a ticket saying a message to anyone thats not registered and is opening a ticket in that section saying This is an automated message. Please note you have to be logged in to open up a support ticket. You will not receive a response if you open up a ticket and are not logged in.
