pc2help
hi, i try to make Email Piping work, but i have some problems. First of all i have read this: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping I set up Email Piping with the second way "Ticket Importing using POP3 Import". When i send a email ( not from admins mail ) to the support, i can the the mail at Utilities -> Support Ticket Mail Import Log, but i am not nodyfied about that, and support ticket does not open. I searched but i can not find a solution. Thanks in advanced, Orestis

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 6, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 6, 2010 Do any of the emails contain a Ticket ID in the subject? If they do, this is being blocked by your "Only Replies Allowed by Email" configuration.

xuser
I am also facing exactly same issue with the latest version but i am not able to fix it. If they do, this is being blocked by your "Only Replies Allowed by Email" configuration. Where is this setting in WHMCS admin?
