Cape Dave
correctly I believe using the forwarding method. I use RackSpace email hosting and setup an email address there called support@capecodbackup.com. I copied the piping code from WHMCS to Cpanel and all seemed to be good except it does not work. Is this because I use rackspace and if so, how can I fix the issue if at all? Thanks, Dave PS This is really excellent software!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 30, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 30, 2009 Is the email hosted separately from your WHMCS install? If so you'd need to use the cron method: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping#Cron_Piping_Method
Cape Dave
Yes, it is hosted by RackSpace. So I will try this method. I hope my PHP has IMAP. Much thanks. Dave
