pjb84 Posted December 28, 2009 Share Posted December 28, 2009 I am currently a reseller with hosting company "A". I want to move my reseller business to hosting company "B". As my website is right now, I have WHMCS installed in a /support sub directory with company "A"...who licenses me the product to use under them. But I want to move to company "B" which would mean using the WHMCS license under them. Is there documentation or can someone give me some basic steps I would need to take to basically transfer all data in my current installation of WHMCS with company "A" to company "B"? If I just do a complete backup of my website (all files and databases) and transfer that to my new reseller account with company "B", will everything come over onto the new installation of WHMCS? (customers, products etc etc) Thank you and please forgive me if this is a common questions.
