Scotty501
Hi All, Just finding my feet with WHMCS. I have set up the server status here http://www.ukushosting.com/whmcs/serverstatus.php - it all seems OK except if you clikc the view phpinfo it gives a 404 error - and when I look at the address its trying to open it is very odd - how do I change where it looks? I read that I need to uncomment the phpinfo in the status/index.php - is this simple a case of removing the "#" from the line? Also - i noticed the uptime has not changed since I installed it?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 28, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 28, 2009 Yup, removing the # is all you need to do. http://wiki.whmcs.com/Common_Troubleshooting_Tips#Server_load.2C_uptime_and_phpinfo_always_say_Unavailable_or_00:00:00
Scotty501
OK nearly there.... I had add a "status" folder off the whmcs folder - pointed the link at that folder - and it all works (nearly) - inlcuding the php info page....however. The server uptime is at 0.00 - and not moving - the load is working or appears to be.....so its just the server uptime I need to fix now. Thanks
