iWHMCS - Support tickets display sender name as 'array'

Mine just doesn't show a name at all for 'client' although emails that that been pipe'd from non-clients show the name from the 'sender' field on the email fine.

I've also found that on several occasions I've clicked on tickets and it gets stuck on 'Loading...' for a never ending amount of time :(

Lastly, all the billing entries show everything in $ instead of £

Raised these issues last week with Matt. He's working on the 'Array' and 'no name' problem and has to wait on the app store reviewing any updates and changes. I believe this is taking about 7-10 days. (Not sure if Matt has submitted a new version 'yet' though).

Re the 'Loading....' problem: This was Matt's reply to my support ticket. (It worked).

It seems that iPhone apps need the utf-8 charset so you need to change your charset in General Settings > Localisation to UTF-8, and then go to the currencies area and remove the £ symbol, save, then re-enter & save. That should convert it and resolve the home screen issue. For the tickets might only be tickets entered after that charset change that load.

I've also asked him for the possibility of including the following into iWHMCS. Not sure if they are in the pipeline though.

Would love to see: Admins Signatures from main WHMCS carried into the iWHMCS

Being able to reply with predefined ticket replies and knowledgebase article links.
