Question

If I purchase a license, is the process to set up at another location painful?

Would this instance be better with a leased license and simply purchase a new one for the new server, import client data and then let the old one expire?

More on the license aspect than the customer database, as from all I've read WHMCS seems fairly capable of importing data from other software as well.

Thanks in advance,

Chuck T

No "importing" needed.

No new or second license needed.

You literally copy everything to the new server including the database.

Change your DNS to point to the new server.

Then have your license re-issued (only because of the IP change).
