decor Posted December 16, 2009 Share Posted December 16, 2009 hello With support tickets the default status in answering the ticket is "set to answered" how do i chnage the default status to "set to Progressing". Currently when a ticket is answered and the status not changed, then it sets them to answered prematurely.
