Chris Poulter Posted December 15, 2009 Share Posted December 15, 2009 Hi, Even though the main body of the "Support Ticket Opened" email customises with no problems, regardless of what I put in the subject field, it always sends out an email with a subject in the format of "[Ticket ID: 665082] ticket subject". Does anyone have any comments as to whether this peculiarity limited to my system, if it is a bug or if it is a "feature" I am unaware of?
