  1. I'm on this page for example "domain.com/supporttickets.php?view=active" and I don't really see this option. How do I get the URL that the customer receives in their email? In the email, they get something like "http://domain.com/viewticket.php?tid=922262&c=1xmvUUB8" It's the automatically generated Ticket for the newly created ticket. I don't see any reference on the docs neither. http://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Tickets http://docs.whmcs.com/API:Open_Ticket
  2. Might you know how I can submit a reply to a ticket AND close ticket on same button click with WHMCS 7.4.1 using stock template? Are we going to be making changes in the supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl file? It would be cool to have another button, right next to the submit button, that will "submit and close ticket" in same click. It might even be cool to submit, close and redirect to client area too... Is this something that would be achieved with a hook? Thanks for response.
  3. When a visitor wants to submit a ticket, they are required to enter data. How do I make it so that the first name text input field is optional and not required? Or what about the subject input>?
