As the title says, I would like the ability to hide the "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" option on the domain sign up on specific services only -
Hi, Please check the screenshot. We want to display cpanel nameservers list and server name with server IP which I included when I added a new server in WHMCS. Kindly help me how can I get nameservers list, IPs and server hostname to show in the client area. Thanks.

Hello, We have about 20 servers which we have gathered from 2 different sources in addition to our own one (everything is in whmcs/whm/cpanel environment). Therefore we have 3 name server clusters in total: 1. ns1.oldhost.com / ns2.oldhost.com 2. ns1.anotheroldhost.com / ns2.anotheroldhost.com 3. ns1.ourhost.com / ns1.ourhost.com This means that servers oldhostX.com use ns1/2.oldhost.com as a nameserver, servers anotheroldhostX.com use ns1/2.anotheroldhost.com and servers ourhostX.com use ns1/2.ourhost.com. What would be the most sensible way to get rid of those extra name servers and combine everything into our current ns1/2.ourhost.com nameservers? What kind of problems may arise to our customers during the process? The number of domains to be transferred from oldhost/anotheroldhost nameservers to ns1/2.ourhost.com is around 10,000. Hello WHMCS community, I need to assign values via the url parameters that come from my corporate website's order form to the input fields found in the configureproduct.tpl, in whmcs portal. Currently, all values are carried over from my corporate site to my whmcs portal except for the input fields of hostname, ns1 prefix and ns2 prefix. Now, I can see through the dev tools that the fields of hostname, ns1 and ns2 have their values assigned in the url parameters as the rest of the values that are carried over that refer to configoption ids: From my corporate site: the url parameters sent to WHMCS portal: In addition, I customized the hostname input field to have a value auto-assigned based on $smarty.now|date_format:'%Y%m%d%H%M%S' whenever the input submitted (through the url parameter or not) to the said field is null. My approach on this in regards to configureproduct.tpl can be seen in the following lines for the input field of hostname: <input type="text" name="hostname" class="form-control" id="inputHostname" value="{if empty($smarty.get.hostname)}VL{$smarty.now|date_format:'%Y%m%d%H%M%S'}{else}{$smarty.get.hostname}{/if}"> Unfortunately, Smarty insists on acknowledging the URL parameters of those three input fields as null or empty. And thus, I get the following result in WHMCS portal: Ι have also tried implementing these through $smarty.get.variablename, $smarty.request.variablename as well as by assigning the values via the following script: {assign var="hostname" value="{$smarty.get.hostname}"} {assign var="ns1prefix" value="{$smarty.get.ns1prefix}"} {assign var="ns2prefix" value="{$smarty.get.ns2prefix}"} Any aid you can provide on this will be much appreciated. Good evening, I am trying to do a request for a client which involves linking their domain to the GoDaddy servers so I can use there web hosting. The operator of this site https://www.rsfstudios.com/hosting/ has given up on her hosting side of her company so has disabled support tickets and no longer maintains her customers, I need help knowing how to change the IP to direct to the GoDaddy Server. I have looked everywhere and haven't found anything regarding this. I have currently even tried making my own Register within your software and linking it to the GoDaddy IP Address and changing the existing nameserver to that, however, I get this error [615] Domain delegation failed: Object status prohibits operation I am in need of a solution as this should only be a quick process.

When I add in nameservers on the Edit Server page, the IP address of the first nameserver gets replaced by the nameserver itself even thought I'm entering a numeric value. It saves fine, but when I go back to edit the server, the nameserver shows instead of the IP. So it reads: Primary Nameserver: ns1.example.com IP Address: ns1.example.com Secondary Nameserver: ns2.example.com IP Address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx This only happens with the primary nameserver and I'm seeing it on multiple servers and when using both the default V4 admin theme or my slightly customized version. Unsure if this is a v6.2.0 error or if it existed a couple releases ago. I've not noticed it until recently. Normally I wouldn't care, but I would imagine the IP won't show up on the New Account Information email like it should.
