Hello, I did a support ticket on this as this is what they said: Hi, Custom product fields can be included in Product email template types by using the following merge field: {$product_custom_field_fieldname} fieldname is the name of the custom field all in lowercase and with no spaces. Eg: IP Address would be {$product_custom_field_ipaddress} --- I have not done this yet, but if you do, let me know your results. -BW
  2. We use IEM 100% of the time, its the best we have found, and it has created a new revenue service for us also. It became so popular that we had to create a new website around it.... anyway if you want to go there the address is www big reply dot com http://www.BigReply.com Interspire has really good software in a whit label package!!! I do not work for them of course, just like their software...
  3. After reading this post, I agree with 9DollarDomians! If you have full root admin access, your portal should be transparent or you should have a function to see the password just like you do to see a clients credit card information... Maybe that could be an option.

  6. I agree with Juanzo! We use Interspire Emailmarketer. First class item, good support and we also resell it to our clients Email Marketing needs. We have used many other mass email clients/applications but Interspire Emailmarketer is a true white label item that it very easy to integrate into a new site or existing one. Very easy to resale.

  8. We have been using RC for over 3 years now, use TuCows also, but prefer RC/DirecTi. Email support is O.K., but the live chat works for us almost every time. I would recommend it for sure!!
  9. Hello, Does the code in in this forum go in the actionhooks.php file in WHMCS / includes folder? We tweaked the templates file as iDev stated but no data has transferred to the our test client...

  12. Hello TheWhopper, We installed WHMCS onto Bam Fitness Reno (.com) -- no spaces of course. It is really working well. We would really like to see if we can get a more flexible shipping and quantity item input box into the cart system though. It looks like we will most likely be hiring Matt to build this feature. The billing and invoicing system is so good that we would like to use the core system for many other clients, but will need a full shipping function in the cart that is more modern. Let me know if you would like to share the cost on this? We would me more than happy to get started on this!
  13. My question is: How do we set the download product to default to Active rather than its default Pending Status after the buyer purchased the item. I do see this function in the Server Settings "Automatically create the account as soon as an order is placed"-. Since this item has no relationship with a hosting or server packages we are trying to make the product immediately ready for download a client chooses/purchases the Free or funded Digital Download in their account. Right now we have to Manually Accept the order in the Pending Orders section to activate it for download retrieval so that clients can download it through their accounts... --- Just trying to fully automate the process so that we do not have to manually interact with this one function. After many, many hours looking for this, Matt had advised that this function can be done using Action Hooks. Maybe someone has already done this or has an idea. Any information would be greatly appreciated!! -NinthCom
  14. Hello Generic! We just figured out that the issue. 1. we had the wrong test Visa in the test client, we added the new number from Auth's website, then Matt had emailed us where to look for the erro as you have, (thank you). --- Kinda embarassing, it was right in front of us, the Gateway Log that is. + Auth has two different ID numbers, we had the wrong one in. -- Once we executed the changes, our test functioned as they should!! We are now in live mode, go to go. - Many thanks for your reply, we will look and add our forum needs in the future. Really like the WHMCS application, can't wait to see the future versions... -BW
  15. WHMCS v3.1.2 Hello, We have setup many Authorize accounts and have been knocking my head with this. Issue: When we click "Attempt Payment" from our test client we get this error: - Capture Error An unknown error occured. Please check the gateway log. - Even paying from the client side payment fails, send email with "Credit Card Payment Failed" --- The Credit Card is a Real number (my personal card...), we are in Test Mode both in the WHMCS application + at Authorize. I checked our server error logs, nothing it them to relate to this. Do not see a Gateway Log within WHMCS? No Reports our our admin login at Authorize. Looks as if the error is cinfined with-in WHMCS, not ever making it to Autorize.net. I know either it is right in front of me...This is a simple thing, we would realy appreciate anyones insight, help, advise dealing with this. Brent
